OR...

Pick a hotel that serves a decent continental breakfast. Load up. Next pack up your soft-sided coolers! Pack sandwiches, drinks and snacks into a small cooler that fits under the stroller (if you use one). Eat that stuff for lunch. In the evening, head back to the hotel for dinner and have a relaxing picnic (takeout or local pizza delivery) by the pool. You'll save a ton of money, and it's always way less stressful to not have to drag tired, cranky kids into jammed-packed restaurants.

Yup. I was gonna say Mousesavers.com I get their emails regularly and they are very informative. They list the dates attractions that will be closed for renovation.

Tell them about that Mickey Mouse photo op at the very back of Mickey's house in Toon Town. Very cool!

one thing we do to save $ is bring our water bottles into the park and then refill them from the fountain all day...you get so thirsty. also at most of the eateries, you should be able to get free ice water. mark loves a few of the restaurants like the Mexican one near Big Thunder and the Pizza place near Space Mountain- free drink refills (at least its a fountain drink area and they don't say only one!). our new FAVORITE restaurant is in the disney hotel (use entrance inside of Disney Cal)- low key, sit outside, free coke refills =) and the best roast beef/aus jus sandwiches!! it is early and didn't sleep much last night- so all the names right now are completely erased from my brain but you and gwen prob know them anyway. those are some food tips we like! and of course billy hill but you know that!!
