Hooray, It's a Duck Day is one of Abby's favorite books. I don't know if it would be one of her favorite books if we lived anywhere other than the Pacific Northwest, but it is a perfect book for those rainy days that we enjoy (?) so many days of the year here!
Abby and Cole enjoyed a "duck day" last week with hugs, puddle splashing, and games of follow the leader.

I LOVE this post- love the book, love the pictures. Looks like fun! We are going to have to check the book out and read it before we come for a visit- hopefully this Christmas.

Just to respond to your dog stuff...(sorry, I just looked at it). It is so fun having a "herd" of dachshunds...I believe every household needs one, haha. I also told my parents about your site (I linked you on my blog site) so they get to "see" you everyday!
