Papa & Gramma
One of the main reasons that we live in DuPont, and stay in DuPont, is because Papa and Gramma live here! They do so, so much for us. From last-minute babysitting, to week-long babysitting when Mark & I get away for awhile, to story time at the library, to walks and bike rides, to letting us borrow their lawn mower every week because ours has been broken forever, and so much more!
This last week, Papa took each of the kids for a ride in their quadracycle. The kids think it is the coolest thing ever (and it pretty much is)! They rode around our neighborhood and then all the way to the new park in DuPont, where they met Gramma and Marie, and rode and played until we finally called and asked if they were ever coming home! :-) The kids had such a blast!
Thanks Papa and Gramma! We love you! Thanks for ALL you do for us!

Papa and the crew

Papa and Noah ... probably the most help pedaling that Papa gets!

Papa and Ethan ... definitely some pedaling help here, too.

Papa and Abby ... maybe a little bit of help, but mostly she just likes to blow the horn.

Papa and Cole ... no help whatsoever here ... his feet can't even reach the pedals!

P-A-R-T-Y
We celebrated the Miller family summer birthdays yesterday at Papa and Gramma's house. Happy Birthday to Calle, me, Uncle Tim and Noah! Noah's birthday is not until September 14th, but we thought we'd celebrate his birthday, too, while we were all already together.

Noah counting some of the birthday cash he received. He's saving up for a Wii Force Unleashed game, which comes out sometime in September. He can't wait to take his wad of cash to Costco as soon as it comes out!

Mark trying to light Noah's hair on fire along with his birthday candles. As you can imagine, every dad there was laughing and every mom was yelling, "Maaaaarrrkkk!!!"

Cole with Uncle James and Cousin Tyler. Cole absolutely and completely loves both James and Tyler and cannot get enough of them whenever we are together!

Tyler, Cole and Noah. Noah absolutely and completely loves torturing his mother and cannot take a picture without doing the rabbit years .... uuuugghhh!

Mark, Gramma and Cousin Evan just hanging out.

And sweet Abby and Papa enjoying each other.
We had a super fun day ... thanks Miller fam! Thanks for the pictures, too, Auntie Holly, since I forgot our camera!
(And, for the record, Ethan was actually at the party ... he just always has this way of sneaking upstairs and watching Sponge Bob every time we go to Papa and Gramma's house...)

great game... all 15 innings...
noah needed a new ballcap... so we found one... then we took this picture cause it had a seattle seahawks logo on it... he does look good in the new hat though... dont you agree...
here grandpa and ethan enjoy some yummy safeco food during the game... ethan set out to have all the food on his list... his "list" of food included: popcorn, cotton candy, dippin dots, and soda pop... we did a great job at filling his requests by the sixth inning... and he was very happy...
at that point we didnt realize that the game was only 2/5ths over... it went 15 innings... we even got to sing "take me out to the ballgame" twice (middle of the seventh and the middle of the fourteenth) something i had never done before...
unfortunately the m's came up a little short and they lost... 2 - 1... but we had a great time anyways...
thanks for going papa and we cant wait to do it again soon...
